use Snopes search via the Algolia API #179

The previous snopes search system wasn't working as expected.

It didn't seem to return results for known correct queries.

Instead, this change the makes use of the search system that the snopes website uses - Algolia.

@rmmh alternatively, I can remove the snopes plugin as it's just not working.
