switch the drama plugin to use the .rs domain #191

for some reason people like this plugin, but the .se website went down a while back. this updates the plugin to use the new "encyclopediadramatica.rs" domain, and also handles some changes to the HTML

Alternatively, the plugin should be removed since it doesn't work in its current state. I wouldn't miss it, personally, but it must get some amount of use, right?
