Combination of a & b LNLs seems not to work correctly #33

Specifically, when I select modalities PET & pCT and look for patient without involvement in LNL II but with involvement in LNL III contralaterally, I see patients that do have involvement in LNL II (namely patient 127). That's bad.

I found out what exactly the problem is: In the querying process, I first consider only the patients that match the patient- & tumor-specific stuff. Then I take all diagnoses of all those patients and take only the selected modalities from it. After that, I filter out any diagnoses that do not match with the selected LNL-involvement. And there's the issue! A diagnose that does not match, simply gets discarded, where the respective patient should be discarded. But that, too, should not always happen, but only depending on how the modalities are combined...
