Updated installer script to work with ASCOM platform 6.5SP1 #4

Hi Rob,

This pull request updates the installer script so that it works with Inno 6 and also to fix problems running the setup generated on machines with ASCOM platform 6.5SP1 installed. I have also taken the opportunity to update the source path to be relative paths so that our user names are not hardcoded as part of the script.

Note that the SignTool lines are commented out as I don't have access to the pfx file.

Have added additional commit that adds support for XInput supporting game controllers.
