I have added a warning threshold setting to the alignment settings. This will allow the user to control the sensitivity of the warning trigger. Bigger the number the bigger the offset allowed before triggering the warning. The number selected (1-10) is used to multiply the maximum offset entered via syncs.
I have added new strings to the resources under a heading 1.0.6.4, if the next release is actually different to this number the comment will need updating.
