Alright i edited the config file is that it? like i tried to open index.html on dreamweaver and its just a blank page

how does this work????

The instructions are pretty simple. Download. Fill out the config.json. Upload. I don't know why you are even in Dreamweaver for this? Its probably not going to show you anything in Dreamweaver because there isnt much HTML. Its made with React. So you just need to fill out the config file then upload it to the server and load the page up. It should render then.

You may need to enable javascript in Dreamweaver or something since React is based off JavaScript. BUT you shouldnt need anything like Dreamweaver to get this working. Are you getting errors in the console in the web browser?
