Customer bought the Pro license, how do I either upgrade or get the install package?

Hi @manattweb , when you purchase Pro you create an account. Simply download or upgrade from there: https://searchandfilter.com/account/

I didn't create the account - the client did and I don't have the credentials. There's no other way to get the files?

I'm afraid not, only the account holder has access to files/downloads/support etc.
