Netbsd ppc #101

This changes let ArctixFox build and run on NetBSD/macppc.

While there, also apply fixes to other MD implementations.

Do these patches come from specific NetBSD work or does this come from later Firefox that you backported?

I took your code and made it build and run on NetBSD. I understand Firefox does have support anymore for ppc32.

I applied a slighlty revised and reduced version of your PR, it made AF work on NetBSD/ppc for me, how is it at your side?

It works for me now, @manu0401 and your PR now has conflicts. I will close. Feel free to test and see and in case reopen and/or update your branch.
