Dont limit searchresults for apps #130

This takes the guesswork out of the searchbar, so a user can directly see which apps are available

Holding off on this for right now, 0.6 includes a full on UI for adding new cards, so it's all going to handled differently. I'll make sure to keep this mind when finishing up the card editor though for sure :+1:
