Add support for FontAwesome (Fixes #53 )

Files are hosted locally (i saw you removed all cdns previously)

Support both CSS and SVG fonts.

Replaces PR #139 (specific branch)

I'm going to close this as a PR, and open as an issue. I still need to figure out how to make this optional.
