XLIFF Manager 6.x not starting on Windows 10 #6

Hi, the XLIFF manager isn't starting on Windows 10 for me since version 6.0. I tried both 6.0 and 6.1. Rollback to 5.8 and everything works fine.

In the task manager, I can see XLIFF manager tasks, but no interface opens.

Are there any new requirements (Java Version)? May be connected to this issue with OpenXLIFF https://github.com/rmraya/OpenXLIFF/issues/25

Get release 6.2.0, it shoud fix the problem
