By chance I found an error in Artwork Dump... Surprisingly no one has reported it on the forum since you released this addon.
In summary, the problem affects Bluray and DVD folders and artwork is incorrectly named and saved in the wrong location.
As a result, when rescanning the movies back into the library, Kodi cannot find the artwork and downloads new artwork, but this may become a problem with dead links in nfo files for older titles.
I have only tested this for Movies, but I expect it may also affect episodes.
Artwork for Bluray and DVD folders are saved using the "short name" and saved in locations as shown in this image...

(I was in the process of updating this image to remove the logo.png entry when I stumbled on the error)
When the setting Save movie artwork with movie base filename is enabled, artwork is prepended with
index- for Bluray folders, and
VIDEO-TS- for DVD folders.
When that setting is disabled, the correct short names are used.
Whether that setting is enabled or disabled, all artwork is saved in the wrong location.
Artwork for Bluray folders is being saved in the ...\MovieTitle\BDMV\ folder but should be saved in ...\MovieTitle\ folder
Artwork for DVD folders is being saved in the ...\MovieTitle\VIDEO_TS\ folder but should be saved in ...\MovieTitle\ folder
