Issue Summary:
Debugging failing tests and issues with the emulator is currently very tedious. Implementing a debugger would significantly improve the speed and ease of testing, as well as help diagnose root causes more efficiently.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a debugger with the following basic functionalities:
Set/Remove Breakpoints: Allow users to set and remove breakpoints at specific lines or functions to pause execution.
Stepping: Enable users to step through code line by line or step into functions to follow the execution flow.
Continue: Allow users to continue execution until the next breakpoint or end of the program.
