Blargg's dmg_sound Test Failing

Introduction

Currently, 10 out of the 12 individual dmg sound tests are failing. This indicates that Knowboy's APU accuracy is still significantly lacking. To improve the accuracy of Knowboy's APU, it is essential to address and resolve the problems identified by these tests.

This issue will serve as an umbrella issue, outlining each of the individual tests that need to pass for the dmg_sound ROM to succeed. The goal is to systematically tackle each failing test, understand the root cause, and implement the necessary fixes to ensure full compliance with the dmg_sound test suite.
