I tried to compile dbow3 on windows using visual studio 2013, but met a few errors.
I think i have already fixed them, so i propose a pull request here.
Since I'm not an experienced github user and this is my first pull request for an open source project, please forgive me if i have made any mistakes or misunderstood\misused anything :).
