Last IP is not considered for scanning if the input text does not contain extra line break at the end #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a sample text file with host:port combination entry
2. Do not end the line with a line break
3. Run sslscan with the option --targets=<text file>
4. No hosts are scanned. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The host entered without line break should be scanned

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.8.2-Win, Windows 7 OS

Please provide any additional information below.
Ideally the host without line break entry is to be scanned
