Can you update the readme with the permissions you need to request to get proper rate limiting?

'business_management' looks like it can give access to ad accounts, but there is also 'Ads Management Basic Access'.

One seems to ask for a video of how people use the app and the other, steps for them to replicate how it is used. Neither really seem appropriate for just audience syncing.
