Hi, great job

After authenticate the app using oAuth and redirect to : http://domain.com/plugins/integrations/authcallback/FBAdsLeadAds?code=... A have error 500: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Notice: Undefined index: access_token in /mautic/plugins/MauticFBAdsLeadAdsBundle/Integration/FBAdsLeadAdsIntegration.php on line 132\n'
