What do you think about rebasing on toybox? #419

The upstream busybox project on Github hardly sees any activities. I think it's pretty much dead.

I'm fully aware upstream BusyBox has been unresponsive lately.

Still, I don't intend to do any work on a Windows port of Toybox.
