Add github actions CI

I don't know what do you think about this. Maybe it's too much and you don't like this. Maybe you prefer builds.sr.ht because it doesn't suck unlike github or gitlab. Anyway, here it is...

Yeah, I'll politely decline this one.

GitHub is fine as a mirror and for discussing issues but I don't use it for anything much beyond that.
