dragging across "branch cut" makes drag direction reverse #13

Across the negative x-axis, angles are discontinuous, going from 180 to -180. Need to change behavior so that if the path starts positive and crosses cut, then angle continues to increase. Likewise when path starts negative and crosses cut, the angle should continue to decrease.
