Format a candybar calendar as svg text.

Having an svg image would allow for using the candybar inside of other graphics. Need to weigh this with having plain html.

Could produce 'GitHub heat map' style graphics. Zoom out to show centuries?

Basic implementation complete. Start a new issue regarding heat map and centuries long visualization.
