maintainer needs to register for bioc support site #394

BiocCheck generates this error for clustifyr and clustifyrdatahub:

* Checking for bioc-devel mailing list subscription...
    * NOTE: Cannot determine whether maintainer is subscribed to the
      Bioc-Devel mailing list (requires admin credentials). Subscribe
      here: https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel
* Checking for support site registration...
    * ERROR: Maintainer must register at the support site; visit
      https://support.bioconductor.org/accounts/signup/

@kriemo can you register on the support site?

done, I was registered on another email acct.

Now the error is:

* Checking for support site registration...
    Maintainer is registered at support site.
    * ERROR: Maintainer must add package name to Watched Tags on the
      support site; Edit your Support Site User Profile to add Watched
      Tags.

Would be nice if they just provided a checklist.
