It would be also interesting if you could somehow integrate a function for TCR antigen prediction by comparing the TCR seqs with published TCR antigen-specific datasets, something similar to TCRmatch, anther databases that might be of interest VDJdb, TCRex, immuneML, TCRGP, NetTCR, ERGO ,DeepTCR, ImRex
