[WIP] Formating for Task I/O #381

We need to have the ability to format both the input and the output of tasks

E.g. for human input tasks user should be able to select types of input methods

free form text (available today)
form
picklist
radio
chips etc

For task output, users should be able to graphically control, the format output is presented as

markdown text (available today)
carousels etc
