API Documentation #7

Are there plans to write this? If not, I'd be willing to help. Unfortunately I'm new to GA, so I wouldn't be able to fill many details.

I realize this issue is very old however some people may find some use from this documentation: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/v1/parameters

As for actually documenting it... I don't really have the time to do a thorough write up. The code is very simple ("self documenting" -- I suppose)
