I would like to move the command line in the xml to

root only and compiled macro - using a load lib file before

you don't use submitPicoHFMaker.xml right?

I would like to reopen this ticket and make the change for all of our macros. Even if users don't compile we should test our codes with compiled versions. What do you think?
