Distorted sound in Windows plugins via Carla #397

In V. 0.9.33.36 on Ubuntu.

I think it's related to this https://github.com/rncbc/qtractor/issues/391#issuecomment-1549349562

This was probably already the case in the V. 0.9.33.18. It happens with Carla, I don't know about Yadbridge or others.

I considered it relevant to point this out

False alarm. It's Carla problem. It works fine in Yadbridge
