This merge request enables the ability to perform KWP2000 software update on the TCM using the config app.
It also enables the ability to dump the coredump partition of the TCM so that it can be analyzed it in GDB with the firmware binary in order to allow for better debugging (Coredump partition is automatically written to whenever the TCM crashes and reboot)
