Is it possible to hide the message of download (silent mode)!

Kinda of. There are no options or JS-based commands, but you can customize your browser settings to allow un-attended downloading of 1,000s of files by choosing a fixed location. Chrome can pre-approve many downloads by prompting about "multiple downloads" after the 2nd one.
