prio not changing priority for individual files #196

I'm trying to set individual files to download, but their priority doesn't change.

stig prio off "id=$id" $name

The process reports success:

priority: New download priority of ~'/trans-temp/post-trans/Game Roms/1G1R - Redump - Sony - PSP and PSN(miniS+DLC+Themes)/00 Goodies/Manuals/inviZimals The Lost Tribes UCES01525.pdf' files in id=1334 torrents: normal

running prio on all files is successful:

stig prio off "id=$id"
$ stig version
stig version 0.12.1a0

This was my mistake. It was starting files as defined by the script, I didn't notice because those files were already at 100%.
