Working great, now issues. #28

Hello,

I've been using this plug in for quite a time now and it has worked great. However now all of a sudden most of my remotes have stopped working. The button presses are showing up correctly in the log, and the icon in HomeKit bounces when a button is pressed so I am not seeing any connection issues. I have a 5 button remote for example that I had set to run some lights and the up/down buttons to control a Tuya blind. The lights no longer work, but the Tuya blind does. Keep in mind the lights are HomeKit native, whereas the Tuya blind is Homebridge. Would there be something that is blocking the commands to HomeKit native products?

For what it’s worth, I had a similar problem lately, and it resolved itself when I updated my HomePod firmware. I know that sounds ridiculous, but the problem seemed to be the execution of the automations HomeKit creates behind the Pico buttons. My HomePod was the bridge executing the automations, so that might have been it.

I find that I also have to reboot the HomePod from time to time - automation just quit working.

You can do that from the home app.
