Adds config.schema.json #3

Adds the required schema file to allow using the Homebridge Config UI interface to generate the configuration file. Adds support for every known (non-custom) Pico Remote.

Funny you mention that I was in the process of adding the friendly names back for compatibility reasons. The only reason I switched to model numbers is because I didn't know what to name all the different remotes (neither did Lutron since they just refer to model numbers as well).
