A little rearranging of modules. New ET modules in UZF to UZF module file. Made lake module file to resolve dependency issues that prevented building with pymake. Added updated SWI2 and SWR1 source files from MODFLOW-2005 repo. Fixed warning in MNW2 and RES files. Added pymake directory for compiling on Mac and Linux. Can build on mac with gfortran (5.2) and intel. Can also build on Linux with gfortran (4.6).
