LAK7 Bug #4

The variable DELVOLLAK is allocated with the wrong dimension, needs to be NLAKES instead of NSSAR

Rich, do I need to fix this in USG and 2005? We have new releases for both of these going out soon.

I fixed it in 2005 but not USG. Good point, I have some other fixes I need to do to USG as well. Thanks, Rich
