Add simple release script #104

Hi @rnkn, here's a simple release script under a public-domain equivalent license, meaning you're welcome to assimilate it into your project, and it's also ok to delete the attribution and license (this is the only way I can contribute without filling out FSF paperwork). Basically it's a do whatever you want with this file license ;-)

Thanks for this but I actually already have a pre-commit-hook script that does the same thing, I was just complaining for the sake of it.
