Inserting a note element on a section or scene heading will break outline visibility toggling.

To Reproduce

INT. HOUSE -- DAY [[ note ]]

Call fountain-dwim (TAB) repeatedly until note is collapsed.

Expected Results

Called fountain-dwim (TAB) on scene or section heading toggles visibility state.

Actual Results

Scene or section heading remains visible with message "Showing all..."
