Align options have no effect #68

A rewrite of fountain-font-lock-keywords-plist and fountain-create-font-lock-keywords in 7f3b0b241d4a2dc3b5ebdafab55044c1208317c5 introduced a bug whereby changing options in group fountain-align have no effect.
