Discussed in https://github.com/react-native-mapbox-gl/maps/discussions/1706

Originally posted by **crayne** January 15, 2022 I am trying to configure for Android a react-native app which uses Mapbox and works perfectly in iOS. The react-native version is 0.66.2, the Android Studio version is 2020.3.1 and the gradle version is 6.9. The build crashes with the message above. Any help would be much appreciated. Additional info: The build error also contains the following: ``` Could not GET 'https://api.mapbox.com/downloads/v2/releases/maven/com/mapbox/mapboxsdk/mapbox-android-sdk/9.7.1/mapbox-android-sdk-9.7.1.pom'. Received status code 403 from server: Forbidden ``` This seems to indicate that there is something wrong with my access token. But the same access token works when running the app for iOS.
