Setup auto deployment to Dreamhost with Github Actions #1

master.yml and staging.yml (or whatever I decide to name them) should go to www.ronnie.fyi and staging.ronnie.fyi, respectively

.github/workflows/build-production.yml now takes care of the deployment to ronnie.fyi. I'll revisit the deployment to staging in the future. Maybe look at the Environments config within the repo.
