RNP has over 50 stars! So this formula can get into Homebrew now. This task is to do so!

@ronaldtse Should I try to enter a PR to Homebrew-core? Their latest requirement was: 30 forks, 30 watchers and 75 stars. We're a bit short of watchers currently: only 21. Also, I made the description shorter to be "Set of OpenPGP (RFC4880) tools", is it fine by you?
