Description

The public signing key for RNP packages should be published somewhere in order for people to be able to verify package signatures.

As mentioned in https://github.com/rnpgp/rnpgp.org/pull/44#issuecomment-898287587, the link to the PGP keys (webpage / key file) should be on the GitHub Release pages.
