SSDPDiscovery: allow to set search target #12

I don't want to search for all UPNP devices, but just some specific ones.
It would be nice to extend the API to set a custom search target.

Attached you will find a proposed patch.

I use your method but the other device still appear after sometimes.
And it has problem to connect as DMR.
