Update RNBlurModalView.m (added "tap anywhere to close" feature)

• added a UITapGestureRecognizer instance variable (_tapGesture)
• linked the _tapGesture with "hide" method (see initWithFrame)
• added public method (void)tapAnywhereToClose:(BOOL)touch
