over 5000 lines of code outlines disappear #5

Hello there, In my opinion this is one of the best extensions for VS Code, but i have a problem:

when I run more than 5000 lines of code in one module, the outlines in the panel automatically disappears. This is very unfortunate, because this extension is especially useful in modules with a lot of code.

I'm also seeing this issue. It looks like it was fixed in the latest commits from 5 months ago. @ro-abramov, could you please publish those changes to the VSCode Marketplace?
