Create changelog #81

Contains a lot of old changes.

I looked through old commits and added changes as I saw them.

Did I miss any?

There's a lot of items here that don't appear accurate.

@jmkd3v can you give some examples of what doesn't seem accurate? I made some tweaks by comparing to GitHub Releases, but I'm not sure what needs fixing.

I'm currently reevaluating my priorities, and I don't think this is important to me or the project. I will revisit this at a later date and try to fix any issues it has.
