Render ascii art of posted images #11

When an image url is posted to the channel, print a ascii art render of it. Probably its best to limit the dimensions to something sane like a max-width of 70 or so.

He says NEIN 15 times in 5 seconds In 10 hours 36000 seconds. Then 36000/5=7200 And 7200*15=108000 Neins Or 108 kyloNeins or 0,108 MegaNeins. Trust me, I'm an engineer!
