Add audiomett support #16

Maybe use !audiomett to get something like

-mett:#mett- There are currently 2 people in audioMett:
-mett:#mett- Ps0ke, izibi

or

-mett:#mett- There is noone in audioMett

Also: Maybe auto setting of topic wich background checking every $timeinterval

Also: If its possible: use !audiomett <message> to chat in the mumble chat.
