Make Audio Bit-Depth and Sampling Rate Adjustable #148

Bit-Depth is currently hard coded, for smapling rate the system default or audio driver default is taken. Since wavs / oggs / ... can have different bit depth, this should either be adjustable in the GUI or at least in the strahlenwerk.settings or something
