RtColorPicker snaps to pixels #151

With Luftanhalten mode it should be able to select colors more precise than the pixel width

As discussed I think is already the case

No, it is not. During colorgrading this can be clearly seen. When I try to change the luminance for the lift uniform the changes are only occuring stepwise. Looking at the waveform scope makes this obvious.
